Service Description
Experience our BRAND NEW class offering, where lyra (aerial hoop) and sling are combined to create unique, fun hybrid flows! Inspired by their expressive potential and artistry, "Slyra" isn’t just a marriage of two beloved traditional circus apparatuses - it is an uplifting and transformative exploration of movement, energy, and connection. Float, flow, and fly through this 60-minute, 3-week series designed to leave you SHINING and feeling INSPIRED! The full May class series meets on the following session dates: Wednesday, April 29th @ 4:30 PM Wednesday, May 6th @ 4:30 PM Wednesday, May 13th @ 4:30 PM Securely suspended from the ceiling in a combination of steel hoop and sling, students will be encouraged and invited to FLOW AND PLAY with a sample selection of level-appropriate positions, transitions, rolls, and / or spins. As we play, we release tension from our bodies and invite joy into our often-overburdened nervous system. Laughter strengthens our immune systems and reduces stress. As we experiment within our environment, we invite our minds and bodies to adopt healthier physiological responses to change, grounding them with safety and self-confidence. *Pre-Requisite: Some prior aerial dance experience (in any apparatus) is required! **Open to ages 8-16.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. To reschedule, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours prior to the start of your class or workshop. Note that students are limited to (1) class or workshop credit per semester (Jan-June / July-Dec). No credit will be available for no-call, no-show absences. Credits must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance. In the event that the studio must close (such as due to inclement weather) or the instructor must cancel, a credit will be issued and may be applied towards any future class or workshop of the participant's choice. Credits must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance. After registration, please check for a confirmation email containing location details and class / workshop information. Any schedule updates or cancelation notices will be issued via both email and text message to the contact provided at time of registration. Participants must have completed and signed a copy of our 2026 safety liability waiver prior to participating in any classes or workshops.
