Service Description
NOTE: PRIOR AERIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PLEASE SEE *PRE-REQUISITE BELOW Experience our BRAND NEW class offering in this cirque-shop where lyra (aerial hoop) and sling are combined to create unique, fun hybrid flows! But this time make it a PARTY - with black lights, neon hammocks, face painting + glow sticks!! Inspired by their expressive potential and artistry, "Slyra" isn’t just a marriage of two beloved traditional circus apparatuses - it is an uplifting and transformative exploration of movement, energy, and connection. Securely suspended from the ceiling in a combination of steel hoop and sling, students will be encouraged and invited to FLOW AND PLAY with a sample selection of level-appropriate positions, transitions, rolls, and / or spins from our full-length class. For the first hour, glow & flow-ers will be led through an intentional warm-up and instructional slyra session by Miss Megan. For the remainder of the cirque-shop, glow and flow-ers will have the opportunity to participate in various cirque-shop souvenir-crafting activities, receive an optional black light reactive, water-based face painting, and finish off the night with an open flow jam aerial dance party! As we play, we release tension from our bodies and invite joy into our often-overburdened nervous system. Laughter strengthens our immune systems and reduces stress. As we experiment within our environment, we invite our minds and bodies to adopt healthier physiological responses to change, grounding them with safety and self-confidence. *Pre-Requisite: Must currently be enrolled in or have recently completed a lyra, slyra, or sling/hammock class at Creations Wellness with any instructor at time of registration! Open to ages 8 and up.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. To reschedule, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours prior to the start of your class or workshop. Note that students are limited to (1) class or workshop credit per semester (Jan-June / July-Dec). No credit will be available for no-call, no-show absences. Credits must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance. In the event that the studio must close (such as due to inclement weather) or the instructor must cancel, a credit will be issued and may be applied towards any future class or workshop of the participant's choice. Credits must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance. After registration, please check for a confirmation email containing location details and class / workshop information. Any schedule updates or cancelation notices will be issued via both email and text message to the contact provided at time of registration. Participants must have completed and signed a copy of our 2026 safety liability waiver prior to participating in any classes or workshops.
